1. Hot-Ad headings are published on the home page of the site, and can be viewed directly.
2. 468x60 Banner ads may be as large as 25 KB. Optimal size is 15 KB.
3. 180x60 Banner ads are placed on the left-hand side of the page, under the menu. Maximum size is 15 KB.
4. 120x60 Banner ads are placed on the right-hand side of the page, under the links. Maximum size is 12 KB.
5. Banners should be in GIF format, 256 colors.
6. The advertising prices do not include fees for artistic services, such as creation of banners. Customers may choose to provide their own artwork, or Softmedia Ltd. may provide this service. Prices for banner creation from Softmedia Ltd. are as follows: €60 for Animated artwork, €30 for Static artwork.
7. Payment is accepted in any European currency, also in US dollars. Bank will charge you in Estonian crones (EEK). Exchange rate between EUR and EEK is: 1 EUR = 15.60 EEK.
8. In accordance with government law, an 18% turnover tax will be applied to residents and business located in Estonia.
9. Scanbaltics.com reserves the undisputable right of refusal to publish classified ads or advertising which it deems unsuitable for publication in this forum. In case payment has been made, a refund, minus processing costs will be made.
